The village, with approximately 1,200 residents, is one of the smallest yet also one of the most charming and picturesque in the Larian Triangle region. Our establishment is located a short distance from the Nosee River, which can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk. There, you will find the enchanting Orrido waterfall cascading above the castle. A 15-20 minute stroll towards the Civera Bridge offers a breathtaking view that is unique in the world, famously described by Leonardo Da Vinci in his "Atlantic Codex." Close to the Orrido bridge, you can see the ruins of the Nesso castle from the outside. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling, featuring forests filled with wide, comfortable trails, as well as narrower paths ideal for mountain biking enthusiasts. Our house is situated along the Giro d'Italia route, where legendary cyclists such as Bartali and Coppi have competed. Just a 30-minute drive away, you can visit the cycling museum at Ghisallo, from which many traditional mountain huts serve local specialties. If you wish to bring your bicycles, you can store them in our garage, and we are also equipped for minor repairs.
